82major Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 82major platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 82major platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any of the terms stated, you are not permitted to use this platform.
The 82major platform is an online entertainment service intended exclusively for individuals who have reached the legal age of eighteen (18) years and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that the use of such services is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
82major reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the current terms in effect.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
To access the full range of 82major's services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts along with any balance being frozen.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether authorised or not — is entirely your responsibility. Contact 82major's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Platform Usage Rules
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or unfair arbitrage opportunities
- Cheating, manipulating, or colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
- Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance freezing, and legal action where necessary.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the 82major platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We do not accept foreign currencies directly; any payment made in a currency other than RM will be subject to the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction.
Deposits can be made via the various payment methods available on the platform, including online banking, local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, and other methods listed in your account's deposit section. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the conditions set for each payment method.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified under the same name as your 82major account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
For promotions and bonuses, each offer carries its own turnover requirements. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn as cash until the turnover requirements have been fully met. The specific conditions for each promotion are stated on the relevant promotions page and should be read before claiming any bonus.
Suspension, Account Closure and Liability Limits
Account Suspension & Closure
82major reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:
- Violation of these terms and conditions or any related platform policy
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
- Providing false or inaccurate information during registration
- Attempting to compromise the integrity of the games or the security of the platform
- User's own request to close their account
In the event of account suspension or closure due to a breach of terms, 82major reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the activity in question while an investigation is conducted. 82major's decision in such matters is final.
Platform Liability Limitation
82major shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or compensatory losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or processing delays beyond our reasonable control. The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty regarding continuity of access or freedom from technical errors.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the 82major platform — including the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 82major or parties that have licensed it to us. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws applicable in Malaysia.
You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, display, publish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 82major.
Links to Third-Party Sites
The 82major platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under our control. The inclusion of such links does not imply that 82major endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. You are advised to read the terms and privacy policy of each third-party site you visit independently.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 82major platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts of Malaysia.
